The World Health organization defines good health as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being (Hooyman & Kiyak, 2005). By this definition I am not sure that I currently make the cut. What I do know is that aging should be filled with love, pleasant times and no stress. That being said, I can appreciate the goal to extend life span. My concern is quality of life.
