2015 MomsHouse Walks for Lucille High @ Walk to End Alzheimer’s

Currently, more than 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease, and over 15 million more are faced with the financial and emotional challenges of caring for a loved one with the disease. And these numbers are only rising. As the baby boomers age, 10 million individuals in this generation are expected to develop Alzheimer’s.

But there is something we can do to stop this devastating disease. We can walk together and join in the movement to end Alzheimer’s. That’s why MomsHouse is participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s®.

The Alzheimer’s Association®, the world’s leading voluntary organization in Alzheimer’s research, care and support, is dedicated to finding methods of prevention, treatment and eventually, a cure for the disease.

MomsHouse is walking for Lucille High and we plan to raise at least $2500.00 to support the Alzheimer’s Association, which provides consultation, information and referral, and support programs to our community.  This campaign has ended.  Look for our 2016 walk in the near future.

Thank you in advance for your time and generosity.
